NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
Unless specific prior agreement the number of travelers is limited to 8 people.
Please indicate the exact number of people (adults, children, baby) who will occupy the house to avoid additional charges.

HOUSE RULES
Pets and parties are prohibited.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house, except outside, under the pergolas and in the garden.

HEATED POOL (seasonal option)
Pleasure for the eyes, the swimming pool is not covered and does not include safety barriers (the Moroccan law does not require it).Children are under the full and exclusive responsibility of their parents and adults present . Alarm system with children's bracelets (x2) on request. Max depth = 1.5m. The swimming pool is in service all year round, it is maintained every morning.

LOCAL ADMINISTRATION / IDENTITY OF OCCUPANTS
To ensure the proper maintenance of our records and police records you will have to present at the arrival a DOCUMENT OF IDENTITY FOR EACH PERSON PRESENTED.

RENTAL LEASE / ACCESS MAP
After finalizing the reservations, we send a rental lease that must be returned to us signed (pdf scan or jpeg photo). Upon return of this document we send the access plans (from the airport, from Essaouira, from the road to Marrakech).

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of EUR 300 or 3.200 MAD is required upon arrival.
For reservations made on our website, a pre-authorization of EUR 300 is programmed on the credit card used or Paypal on the day of arrival and automatically canceled 3 days after departure.
